  • Content Delivery Networks (CDNs): We use CDNs to deliver website assets efficiently. These services may process limited technical data such as IP addresses for the purpose of serving content.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party services handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs and this Privacy Policy.

10. AI Assessment Tool

We offer a free AI Assessment Tool on our Site that analyses your business processes and provides personalised AI automation recommendations. This section provides specific information about how the tool processes your data.

10.1 What Data We Collect

When you use the AI Assessment Tool, we collect:

  • Your work email address (from which we may derive your name and company name)
  • Business information including your industry and number of employees
  • Business process information you voluntarily provide, including task descriptions, time estimates, and frequency of occurrence

10.2 How Your Data Is Processed

Your business process information is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Anthropic processes this data solely to generate your personalised AI automation recommendations. The AI-generated analysis and your submission data are then stored in Airtable for lead management and follow-up purposes.

10.3 AI Disclaimer

The recommendations provided by the AI Assessment Tool are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as general guidance only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of results. Actual outcomes may vary based on your specific business circumstances, industry, and implementation approach. We recommend discussing any significant business decisions with qualified professionals.

10.4 Consent

By using the AI Assessment Tool, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this section. You acknowledge that your business process information will be sent to Anthropic for AI processing and that the results will be stored for follow-up purposes.

10.5 Retention

AI Assessment submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission. You may request deletion of your assessment data at any time by contacting us at hello@kursol.io.

11. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Our general retention practices include:

  • Duration of Business Relationship: We retain client information for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for business reference, legal compliance, and liability purposes.
  • Legal Requirements: We may retain certain information for extended periods where required by Australian tax law, corporations law, or other applicable legislation.
  • Dispute Resolution: We may retain information for the period necessary to resolve any disputes or enforce our agreements.
  • Website Analytics: Analytics data is retained for 26 months in accordance with Google Analytics data retention settings.
