Pricing · Australia · all prices ex GST

Working software every month. One monthly price.

Three tiers for SMEs: a pilot automation, a feature a month, or an engineering team of your own. The same team on every tier, in person in Sydney, and a plan you can change when the business does.

Three tiers

Pick what gets built each month.

Every tier is the same team, and it is business consultants first: we start with how your business runs, then build. What changes is how much gets built each month.

One automation, live this month.

A pilot · 5 hours of reserved engineering a month

$1,750 per month, ex GST

For a business that wants one small automation built and running before it commits to anything bigger. We look at how the business runs before we pick which one.

  • One small automation, picked on the first call from where the business loses time
  • Built and switched on inside the month, then watched while it runs
  • A senior engineer, not a ticket queue

Your engineering team.

100 hours of reserved engineering a month · limited seats

$20,000 per month, ex GST

For a business that would otherwise hire a developer. Same money, no leave, more than one set of skills, and a team that thinks about the business before it thinks about code.

  • Everything in One feature a month, including the quarterly review
  • Several engineers across frontend, backend, integrations and AI
  • Weekly planning on where the business loses time, and a dedicated channel
  • Limited seats. Reserved means reserved.

Every tier

Every tier gets the whole company.

  • Meet in person.

We are in Sydney. Meet at our office at the marina in Mosman, or at yours.

  • One channel, the whole company.

A shared Slack channel with the engineer building your system and the directors. Questions are answered by the people doing the work, not a ticket queue.

  • Your month, your priorities.

The plan is set with you each month and changes when the business does. If a busy sales season is coming, the month goes to the quoting tool, not the backlog.

  • Business first, code second.

We start with how the business runs and where it loses time, then decide what to build. Sometimes the answer is a tool you already pay for.

What it looks like when it lands.

  • Koton Kraft Textile manufacturing · Sydney

Invoices that took up to an hour, built twice, now take seconds, built once. Production sees an order the moment it is agreed.

  • Manly Boat Hire Marine recreation · Sydney

“From a 1-person operation to a 10-staff team in one year.”
  • Distribution Inventory and order management

“We went from chasing information across five systems to having everything in one place.”

100 hours vs one hire

The top tier costs what a senior developer costs. It comes with more.

A senior developer in Sydney is $160k to $180k base. Add superannuation, leave, insurance and equipment and the all-in cost sits at 1.25 to 1.4 times base: $17,700 to $19,800 a month, before a recruiter has been paid to find them.

What one hire costs, per year and per month
Senior developer base, Sydney $160k to $180k
Superannuation guarantee 12%
All-in cost, 1.25 to 1.4 times base $212k to $238k a year
Per month $17,700 to $19,800
100 hours a month with Kursol $20,000
  • No hiring fee.

Tech recruiters charge 17 to 22 per cent of the package: $32k to $42k to find one person, and again when they leave.

  • No ramp-up.

    Delivery starts the first week.

  • No leave, no sick days, no public holidays.

A full-timer is paid for 1,976 hours a year and available for about 1,664 of them. Your 100 hours land every month.

  • Several engineers, not one.

Frontend, backend, integrations and AI without hiring four people. A solo hire knows what they knew on day one, and takes it with them when they go.

  • Training is on us.

You pay for outcomes, not for the weeks a single developer spends learning a new stack.

  • No single point of failure.

The knowledge of your systems sits with a team and in writing, not in one head.

Beyond the tiers

Bigger than 100 hours a month? Custom pricing.

The tiers are built for small and mid-sized businesses. A build from scratch, a larger company, or more than 100 hours a month gets its own quote.

Questions

Before you pick a tier.

They lapse at the end of the month. You are paying for reserved capacity and a response time, not for a bank of hours. If you keep finishing months with time to spare, drop a tier; the 5-hour tier cancels any time.

Add another block of the same tier for that month, or move up a tier from the next month. Either way you know the price before the work starts.

Yes. The plan is agreed each month. If a sales trip or a busy season moves the priority, the month moves with it. Tell us before the month starts so the work fits the hours.

The engineers on our engineering page: Sydney, Austin and Los Angeles, one team. Every tier gets a senior engineer on your work; the 100-hour tier gets several.

Every three months on the 20 and 100-hour tiers we go through what shipped, what it replaced and what it changed, measured in your own numbers: hours, invoices, jobs. It sets what the next quarter goes to.

Engineering time spent on your systems: building, fixing, integrating, testing and the planning call. It is tracked and reported each month. Time waiting on us, or on a third party, is not charged.

No lock-in. The 5-hour tier is month to month and cancels any time. The 20-hour tier rolls monthly with 30 days notice, the 100-hour tier with 90.

No. All prices are per month and exclude GST.

Yes. Anything outside the tiers, from a build from scratch to a larger company, gets a clear scope and a fixed price before work begins. The tiers are for a pilot, then one feature at a time, and keeping what is live running.

Up or down, from the start of the next month. Tell us before the month ends.

Pick a tier, or tell us the bottleneck.

A first call is 30 minutes and costs nothing. You describe where the work gets stuck; we tell you which tier fits, or whether it needs its own quote.
